Job Summary

Provides administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth project execution. Responsibilities include maintaining records, assisting with documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance. The role also involves monitoring and keeping records of foreign worker attendance and related issues while supporting procurement, finance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize project files, records, and databases for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for project-related discussions.

Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office operations.

  • Support procurement processes by coordinating purchase requests, quotations, and vendor communications.
  • Hostel Management

Ensure safety, security, and discipline among residents at all times.

Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the hostel premises, including rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.

Address complaints, conflicts, or concerns from residents in a timely and fair manner.

Enforce hostel rules and regulations and report violations to the appropriate authority.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure upkeep.

Organize and promote welfare activities and awareness sessions (health, safety, personal development).

Supervise hostel operations including admissions, room allocations, and resident records.

  • Daily Meal Allocation
  • Ensure daily meal allocation at the work site.
  • Ensure timely, hygienic, and nutritious meal preparation and distribution.
  • Coordinate with food vendors or caterers for supply and delivery.

Monitor food quality, kitchen hygiene, and feedback from employees.

  • Site Office Setup & Management
  • Oversee site utilities, transport arrangements, and equipment/facility usage. •

Coordinate delivery and inventory of site supplies and materials.

Monitor office cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.

Job Requirements

SPM or above certificate holder is encouraged.

Fresh graduate or around 1 year administrative experience

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Proficient in Mandarin for speaking and writing.

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000
