Were a 10-year-old company founded by financial services experts who understand the importance of efficiency, compliance, and great service . As we expand our marketing engine, were seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn smart campaigns into real business growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a brand awareness role its a revenue-impacting position .
Youll own the strategy and execution of digital campaigns that drive qualified discovery call leads , optimizing every step of the funnel from ad to form to booked call. Youll collaborate closely with the Sales and Partnerships team to attract, convert, and scale high-quality leads across Australia, New Zealand, and North America .
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize ROI-driven paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok .
- Manage and allocate paid media budgets to hit CPL, CAC, and ROAS targets.
- Design and test landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience segments for performance improvement.
- Use data and analytics to continuously optimize for conversion not just clicks or impressions.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly dashboards and actionable insights .
- Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Partnerships to align campaign messaging and funnel strategy.
- Research keywords, audiences, and new channels to expand reach and reduce acquisition costs.
- Implement conversion tracking, retargeting, and funnel optimization initiatives .
- Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithms, and ad tech to ensure Vault maintains a competitive edge.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing , ideally in a B2B environment.
- Proven success in lead generation for service-based or offshore businesses.
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- CRM, forms, and landing pages
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
- Experience managing CRM — HubSpot or Zoho.
- Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and retargeting .
- Analytical mindset you thrive on data, dashboards, and measurable ROI .
- Strong copywriting and creative optimization skills.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in financial services , outsourcing , or B2B SaaS .
- Knowledge of workflows, automation, and lead nurturing .
