As the Assistant Manager for Marketing Communications , you will lead integrated marketing, branding, communications, and public relations initiatives across Chroma Hospitality's portfolio, including Crimson Hotels & Resorts, Quest Hotels, Timberland Highlands Resort, Grafik Collection, and other managed properties. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and execute impactful campaigns that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing, branding, public relations, and communications strategies across multiple hotel brands and managed properties.
  • Lead brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage media relations, press releases, influencer partnerships, and corporate communications to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media content, website content, email marketing, online campaigns, and marketing collateral.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, brand launches, promotional activations, special events, and property milestone celebrations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, Business Development, and E-commerce teams to support commercial objectives and revenue generation.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials, presentations, videos, and creative assets across the organization's brands.
  • Monitor campaign performance, brand health, market trends, and customer insights to recommend strategies that improve engagement and business results.
  • Manage trade shows, travel marts, sales missions, and other promotional events that enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of Marketing Communications experience, including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, public relations, and brand management, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
  • Willing to be based in Muntinlupa City and travel as needed.
