Assistant Supply Chain Manager
Job description
What You'll Do
- Support in manage procurement and warehouse operation
- Supervise and motivate supply chain team to meet target
- Source direct materials and monitor indirect purchases
- Ensure PO issuance complies with company procedure
- Coordinate with R&D on new material sourcing and approval
- Collaborate with QA on new supplier and material approval
- Ensure accurate receipt, issue and documentation of raw material
- Support external warehouse and SAP accuracy with Indirect Buyer
- Ensure warehouse hygiene and food safety (FEFO & FIFO)
- Follow up on food safety audit requirements

Ideal Candidates
- Practical experience in supply chain or procurement functions
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP system
- Background in food processing is an added advantage
