Job description
What You'll Do
- Lead development of UHT plant-based products
- Optimize formulations with protein, oil, fat and stabilizer
- Enhance stability, texture, protein and shelf-life
- Plan and execute lab, pilot plant and industrial trial
- Optimize processing and troubleshoot technical challenge
- Coordinate pilot plant operations and support scale-up
- Maintain technical documentation and present result

Ideal Candidates
- Practical experience in Research and Development functions
- Familiarity with UHT or plant-based products is an advantage
- Knowledge of emulsions, stabilizers, plant proteins, oils/fats chemistry or UHT processing.
