Job description

Reports to: Vice President-Business Systems Category: FTE Location: Beirut, Lebanon Unit / Division / Department / Section: Business Systems

JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Functional Analyst II is responsible for providing technical and functional support for the logistics and manufacturing modules of the company's ERP system. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to logistics and manufacturing processes.
  • Design and configure ERP system modules to align with business needs.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain system documentation and provide end-user training and support.
  • Analyze system issues and recommend improvements for performance and reliability.
  • Foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and manufacturing processes.

SPAN OF COMMUNICATION

  • Internal: CFO, Executive Team, Management Team, Production Managers, and Users
  • External: Vendors, Suppliers, Consultants, Service Providers, and Partners

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

  • Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of functional analysis, configuration, and support in ERP systems, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Job-Specific Skills: Strong understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes and systems; experience with SAP or other leading ERP systems; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Experience with project management and Agile environments is a plus.
