PROJECT ENGINEER - SITE
Job description
Our client is a well-established contracting firm based in Sharjah, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across the UAE. They are currently seeking a Project Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming construction works and ensure seamless execution from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution as per timelines and specifications
•
Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
•
Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and cost efficiency at all phases
•
Review technical drawings, BOQs, and contract documents
•
Monitor progress and prepare reports for management
•
Handle procurement and timely delivery of materials
•
Support the Project Manager in resolving site issues and managing daily operations
Requirements
•
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project engineering in Sharjah, UAE
•
Proven knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards
•
Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
•
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and project reporting tools
•
UAE driving license is preferred
