Terrelonge Staffing is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative for our MRO client in the aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace sales, with a proven track record of building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aerospace MRO market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the aerospace industry, preferably within MRO services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
