Finance Manager
Job description
Work Setup: Hybrid. 2x a week onsite
Work Schedule: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably supervisor / 5 yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Needs to be on the BPO industry or Shared Services Industry
Responsibilities
- Reports to a Senior Manager.
- Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams and serves as GBS POC.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
- Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
