Job Description

• Plan the complete layout and setup for events from start to finish.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers providing services for the event, as a Banquet Sales Executive.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff, including the Assistant Banquet Manager, ensuring the event runs smoothly according to the plans.
• Oversee décor, layouts, and placements, focusing on elements that enhance the venue's appearance and atmosphere.
• Address special requests and inquiries from guests.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate effectively
• 3-5 years of experience in banquet or event management.
• Strong leadership skills to assign roles, manage staff, and coordinate with vendors.
• Excellent attention to detail in décor, layout, and quality to meet luxury standard.
• Willing to work in Kajang, Selangor.
