Trade Marketing Senior Executive

Company Background

We are representing our client; a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. There are one of the leading toy distributor and retailer in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Trade Marketing Senior Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful marketing & communication strategies
• Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing the Trade Marketing budget
• Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
• Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers
• Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
• Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
• Assist with the planning and execution of events and roadshows

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/ Marketing or any related discipline
• Min 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing preferably in FMCG industry
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

Job Details

• Working hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Permanent employment
• Working location : Subang Jaya
