Senior Quality Manager - Pasay

TASQ is in urgent need of an on-site senior quality manager in Pasay. The pre-screening interview will be held over the phone.

**Position Overview: Senior Quality Manager (Pasay)**

**Shift:** Hybrid/Shifting Schedule

**Requirements:**

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager of Quality in the BPO industry.
• Proficient in Six Sigma and Lean tools and methodologies.
• Responsible for managing a team of QCAs and clients within the vertical.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the Travel or Financial sectors.
