Job description
Seeking an experienced Urban Mobility & Infrastructure Project Manager to lead innovative, community-focused transportation and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, delivering high-quality urban roadway, municipal, and pedestrian/bicycle improvement projects, and supporting business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Manage project scope, budget, and schedules across disciplines.
•
Lead design tasks for preliminary and final design phases.
•
Prepare reports, studies, permits, and construction documents.
•
Coordinate with clients, agencies, and the public.
•
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
•
Support hiring, resource planning, and group leadership initiatives.
•
Pursue new project opportunities and contribute to business development.
•
Maintain professional engineering (PE) licensure and uphold technical standards.
Qualifications
•
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
•
Proven experience managing infrastructure or urban mobility projects.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley 3D preferred.
