To standardize BOI import and regulatory management procedures, ensure full compliance with Thailand BOI policies and government supervision requirements, optimize bonded warehouse account management and official inspection workflows, and maintain smooth and efficient business coordination with local government authorities as well as internal headquarters, our client is recruiting a competent BOI Specialist to take charge of end-to-end BOI customs clearance, regulatory filing, bonded warehouse management and relevant government liaison work.

Please note: The actual work location is at our plant in Chonburi. Candidates based in Bangkok must be willing to relocate to Chonburi upon starting the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole process of BOI import customs clearance, logistics, filing, and mandatory inspection.
• Take charge of account management for bonded warehouses, ensuring all import customs clearance procedures fully comply with government regulatory requirements.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with relevant government departments to guarantee the accurate implementation of all official procedures and policies.
• Complete other work assignments arranged by superiors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Possess in-depth understanding of the entire BOI import customs clearance process, proficient in operating relevant official software and working tools.
• Own excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively docking and cooperating with government institutions and other relevant external organizations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work efficiently and stably under working pressure.
• Language Requirement: Proficient in English-Thai or Chinese-Thai bilingual communication.
