We're looking for a dynamic Sales Officer or ASM to drive growth and expand dealer and distributor networks across Telangana and Karnataka. This role involves active fieldwork, dealer engagement, feedback gathering, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

1-4 years of sales experience in agricultural machinery or related sector

•

Strong understanding of state-wise agri-market dynamics

•

Willingness to travel 1520 days a month within the region

•

Proven skills in dealer development and performance assessment

•

Excellent communication, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities

•

Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams effectively
