Position: Website/Mobile App Developer

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: US Central Time

Tasks required

•

Design, develop, and maintain website and mobile applications ensuring strong optimization and functionality

•

Code and deploy applications in a cross-platform, cross-browser environment

•

Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team

•

Document the development process, architecture, and standard components

•

Work closely with marketing and design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of products leveraging frameworks such as React or Angular

•

Maintain and improve the functionality of existing software, websites, and apps

•

Implement test-driven development methods, supporting end-to-end testing

•

Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned

Requirements

•

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

•

3+ years of experience in web and mobile app development

•

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one modern JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.js

•

Experience with iOS and Android development is a plus

•

Knowledge of backend programming languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or .Net

•

Excellent understanding of responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop browsers

•

Strong problem solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills

•

Ability to work well in a team setting and independently manage tasks and deadlines

•

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
