EVENTS COORDINATOR
The EVENTS COORDINATOR is responsible for every part of the event preparations, arranging events services and monitoring client approval.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for processing events request and scheduling.
- Demonstrated positive work attitude and leadership skills
- Process and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Answered phones and resolved customer service issues.
- Assist special events as needed
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards.
- Organize and prepare contracts needed for the event.
- Consistently adhere to all company policies and procedures in a professional and respectful manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant event sales experience
- Guest and service-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have advanced working knowledge on MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to create and present comprehensive reports to management
- Able to work independently and well in a fast-paced environment
