Real Estate Paralegal

Key Responsibilities

•

Prepare and review closing documents for residential and commercial real estate transactions

•

Manage title and survey reviews, and communicate findings to attorneys and clients

•

Coordinate closings, including liaising with lenders, realtors, clients, and title companies

•

Order and analyze title commitments, lien searches, and municipal lien letters

•

Draft and organize closing statements, deeds, affidavits, and other legal documents

•

Maintain organized and up-to-date transaction files from contract to post-closing

Qualifications

•

3+ years of experience in a real estate paralegal role

•

Strong knowledge of Florida real estate law, title review, and closing procedures

•

Proficiency with real estate software

•

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

•

Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight deadlines
