Storekeeper

• Job Title: Storekeeper.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive goods, ensuring their safety and compliance with specifications.
• Organize inventory and ensure records are updated regularly.
• Use accounting software and systems to manage inventory.
• Track the movement of products in and out of the warehouse.
• Ensure proper distribution of goods to stores and restaurants.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with electronic records.
• Manage orders and coordinate shipping and delivery processes.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Collaborate with various teams (e.g., sales and distribution teams) to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of previous experience as a warehouse keeper or in a similar role.
• Proficient in computer use and accounting program software.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and auditing processes.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• متابعة حركة المنتجات داخل المستودع والخارج منه.
• ضمان التوزيع السليم للبضائع إلى المتاجر والمطاعم.
• إجراء الجرد الدوري والتحقق من التوازن بين السجلات الفعلية والإلكترونية.
• متابعة الطلبات وتنسيق عمليات الشحن والتسليم.
• التأكد من نظافة وتنظيم المستودع بشكل مستمر.
• التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة (مثل فريق المبيعات وفرق التوزيع) لضمان تنفيذ العمليات بكفاءة.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• شهادة جامعية في إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة سابقة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في العمل كأمين مستودع أو في مجال مشابه.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وبرنامج محاسبي.
• مهارات تنظيمية عالية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• القدرة على التعامل مع معدات المستودعات.
• مهارات تواصل قوية والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.
• معرفة جيدة بالمخزون وإجراءات الجرد.
