Our client is a clinic chain in Ho Chi Minh city and Mekong Delta

Develop strategies and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly action plans for the Marketing team.

Create plans, strategies, programs, and execute Marketing campaigns (Online & Offline) to ensure the number of potential customers and conversion rates.

Manage and operate the Marketing team: Content, Design S, Video Editor, SEO, Ads, Creative, Market Marketing, etc.

Assign tasks and timelines for each position when implementing plans.

Manage teams performance and work efficiency.

Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through online channels such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.

Analyze the market, competitors, customer profiles, product/service USPs, and seek new opportunities to promptly develop appropriate Marketing strategies for the business.

Select Agencies and Freelancers as per approved requirements.

Control the Marketing budget.

Report to CEO

Required Competencies

University degree in Marketing, Economics (Marketing Management, Brand Management, Journalism and Communication, etc)

Knowledge of brand building and development.

Experience in a Marketing Manager/Head position for 3 years or more. Preference for experience in dental, aesthetics, spa services, etc.

Experience of Digital Marketing
