Marketing Manager - Footwear
Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager with strong experience in the footwear industry. The ideal candidate must bring hands-on expertise in offline retail marketing , brand activation, and customer engagement strategies. This role will play a key part in strengthening brand presence, driving footfall, and supporting sales growth across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Product Marketing
•
Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for the comfort footwear category.
•
Plan seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail activations.
•
Ensure brand consistency across stores, merchandise displays, and promotional materials.
•
Work closely with product, sales, and merchandising teams to align marketing with business goals.
Offline Marketing & Activation
•
Lead in-store marketing , mall activations, kiosk promotions, and brand visibility programs.
•
Oversee POS materials, window displays, and in-shop branding.
•
Coordinate with malls, event organizers, and retail partners for offline promotions.
•
Plan and execute customer engagement activities, sampling drives, and promotional events.
Retail Performance Support
•
Analyze store performance and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
•
Monitor competitor activities within the footwear and lifestyle category.
•
Work with store managers to ensure marketing campaigns drive measurable impact.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
•
Manage relationships with creative agencies, printing vendors, and activation partners.
•
Review and approve marketing collaterals, visuals, and campaign creatives.
•
Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials across all stores.
Budgeting & Reporting
•
Manage marketing budgets for the footwear segment.
•
Track ROI of offline campaigns and provide regular performance reports.
•
Recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
Requirements
Experience & Industry Background
•
Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing within the footwear, lifestyle, or fashion retail industry .
•
Mandatory experience in offline marketing , retail activations, and in-store branding.
•
Previous experience working with footwear brands is an advantage.
Education
•
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Strong understanding of retail marketing and consumer behavior.
