Industry: Food Distribution (FMCG) Location: Multiple Regions
Do you excel in regional sales leadership and strategy? Our client, a leading and trusted food distributor in Cambodia , is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales in key regions.
What Youll Do
- Manage regional sales operations to meet and exceed targets.
- Supervise and coach sales teams for optimal performance.
- Build relationships with distributors and clients in the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business or related fields.
- 3-5 years of regional sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Fluent in English and Khmer.
