CTRM Application Support Analyst

We're working with a growing technology leader in the energy trading & risk management (ETRM/CTRM) space, known for its mission-critical software platform supporting commodities such as natural gas, electricity, crude oil, and refined products. As part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a CTRM Application Support Analyst to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive at SGD 60k-84k / year (excluding bonus).

Key Responsibilities

•

Participate in implementation, enhancement, and integration projects:

installing, configuring, testing, and supporting software both onsite and remotely. •

Provide technical support and training for a CTRM platform.

•

Assist in pre-sales activities including demos and client presentations.

•

Troubleshoot issues and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

•

Communicate client requirements effectively to technical teams and contribute to system documentation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in MIS, Computer Science/Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience with database design, SQL, .NET, and C# (preferred).

•

Ability to write and analyze SQL queries.

•

Exposure to object-oriented programming languages such as C#.

•

Familiarity with development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

•

Knowledge of React.js or other front-end JavaScript frameworks is a plus.

•

Energy/commodity trading industry knowledge is a bonus.

•

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.

Open to junior candidates with strong technical foundations. Occasional travel may be required.
