Job Overview
A manufacturing company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Industrial Engineer (CIIE) to join its operations team. This role is focused on improving production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness by driving process improvements and applying lean methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
•
Analyze and enhance operational workflows and production processes.
•
Use lean tools and techniques to identify and eliminate waste.
•
Conduct time-and-motion studies and interpret production data.
•
Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
•
Support initiatives to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
•
Collaborate with production, QA, and Engineering to streamline systems and procedures.
•
Assist in creating SOPs and training materials for new or improved processes.
•
Track and report key metrics and continuous improvement project outcomes.
Qualifications
•
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
•
2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
•
Experience with lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma tools is an advantage.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
•
Excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
•
Willing to work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
