Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead delivery operations for fast-moving, temperature-sensitive products. The role involves managing fleet activities, coordinating with 3PL providers, route planning, and supervising field teams to support nationwide distribution.

Key Responsibilities

•

Supervise daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

•

Manage a team of drivers and delivery assistants including schedules and performance.

•

Plan and optimize multi-trip delivery routes across customer locations.

•

Coordinate with 3PL and cold chain partners for outsourced transport.

•

Monitor fleet availability, preventive maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

•

Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and production teams to meet delivery timelines.

•

Maintain dispatch logs, trip reports, and delivery tracking systems.

•

Support rotating schedules and 24-hour logistics coverage when needed.

Qualifications

•

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

•

3-5 years of experience in logistics, ideally handling cold chain or FMCG products.

•

Skilled in coordinating 3PL partners and managing cold storage distribution.

•

Strong leadership, communication, and field team management skills.

•

Knowledgeable in dispatch systems, route planning, and logistics reporting.

•

Willing to work on-site in Sta. Rosa, Laguna with flexible hours.
