Solutions Architect - Enterprise & Digital Platforms

Job Summary

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically experienced Solutions Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for enterprise systems in a digital banking or financial services environment . This role will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and operations to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives, architectural standards, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise systems, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and API designpaired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical solutions that meet business, security, and compliance requirements across digital platforms.
• Lead architectural decisions for application modernization, system integration, cloud migration, and new product development.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and infrastructure teams to define system requirements and implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, technical documentation, and integration diagrams.
• Recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks aligned with long-term scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.
• Guide development teams during implementation to ensure alignment with the proposed architecture.
• Evaluate existing systems for improvement opportunities and technical debt remediation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends in cloud computing, API design, security, and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software development, systems design, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices architecture, and API lifecycle management.
• Experience designing scalable systems in financial services, banking, or high-volume transactional environments .
• Proficiency in architectural modeling tools and documentation standards (e.g., UML, ArchiMate, C4).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with security architecture, identity and access management, and data protection principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Architect) are an advantage.
