Role Overview

The Creative Director leads the company's creative direction and oversees the design team responsible for producing high-quality visual materials across all brand touchpoints. This role manages a team of two designers and is accountable for planning, directing, designing, and delivering creative assets for print, social media, web design, branding requirements, company tokens, merchandise, campaigns, events, internal communications, recruitment initiatives, photography, videography, multimedia content, and other business needs. The Creative Director ensures that all materials are visually compelling, brand-aligned, timely, and consistent with the company's communication goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall creative direction for company campaigns, initiatives, events, and communications, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Manage, mentor, and provide art direction to a team of two designers, including assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, providing feedback, and supporting professional growth.
  • Design and oversee the creation of creative materials for print, social media, websites, internal platforms, recruitment campaigns, company announcements, presentations, and employee engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain branding requirements, templates, visual guidelines, and design systems to ensure consistent application of the company's identity across all materials.
  • Create and direct designs for company tokens, merchandise, giveaways, event materials, signage, packaging concepts, and other physical brand assets.
  • Provide creative direction for photography, videography, video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content for campaigns, events, internal communications, recruitment initiatives, and other company requirements.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoot requirements, including concept development, shot lists, visual direction, production needs, post-production review, and final asset approval.
  • Collaborate with recruitment, communications, engagement, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to understand creative requirements and translate briefs into effective visual solutions.
  • Review, proofread, and approve creative outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, brand compliance, and readiness for publishing, printing, or production.
  • Plan and manage creative timelines, priorities, workloads, and resource allocation to support multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Monitor design trends, platform requirements, audience engagement, and campaign performance insights to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative direction, art direction, graphic design, branding, or a related creative leadership role.
  • Experience managing, coaching, or leading designers or creative team members.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across print, digital, social media, web design, branding, merchandise, and campaign materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or other relevant creative software.
  • Working knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, and multimedia production workflows, including the ability to guide creative concepts, shot direction, editing style, and final output quality.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and design production requirements.
  • Ability to interpret briefs, develop creative concepts, provide constructive feedback, and manage multiple design requests under tight timelines.
