Company background: This is based wholesale and trading company, specializing in FMCG products such as rice, cooking oil, beverages, and toiletries.

Salary Package: USD800 - USD1900 (Inclusive of accommodation, meals, transport & flight ticket where applicable) Working Location: Papua New Guinea Working Days:6 days per week Working Hour: 8 hours per day Benefits:

Job Summary: The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves managing warehouse teams, optimizing space utilization, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations.
  • Lead and manage warehouse staff, including supervisors and logistics personnel.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock management, and documentation accuracy.
  • Ensure timely and efficient goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Develop warehouse layout and optimize storage systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare warehouse reports.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment and systems are properly maintained.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume operations and manage teams effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate or work overseas
