Salary Package: USD 650 - 1,600 per month (depending on experience)

Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role involves coordinating warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure proper inventory control and maintain accurate stock records.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on operational needs.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Liaise with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train and guide warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly warehouse reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or similar role.
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and willing to work overtime if required.
