Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and professional Skin Therapist / Beauty Therapist /Aesthetician / Facialist to provide a range of beauty and advanced aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in waxing, threading, facials, tattooing, and advanced electrical treatments such as Radio Frequency (RF) and HIFU. You will be expected to offer high-quality, safe, and customized services to meet client needs and enhance their skin health and appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Hair Removal Services

• Perform professional waxing treatments (body and facial).
• Conduct threading for eyebrows and facial areas with precision and hygiene.

Skin Treatments

• Analyze clients skin and recommend appropriate facials and skincare routines.
• Provide customized facials including cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and massage.
• Operate electrical facial machines (e.g., galvanic, microcurrent) safely and effectively

Advanced Aesthetic Treatments

• Perform Radio Frequency (RF) skin tightening treatments using certified devices.
• Deliver HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) treatments following proper protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and conduct client consultations prior to each session.

Tattoo & Cosmetic Tattooing

• Perform body tattoo or cosmetic tattooing/microblading treatments with a high level of hygiene and artistic skill.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are met (sterilization, equipment care, aftercare instructions).

Requirements

• Formal Education: A diploma or certificate in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics (TESDA, Level 2 or 3 NVQ//SVQ, CIDESCO, COBTAC, ITEC, etc.) or any related diploma/courses in Spa & Wellness or equivalent; preferably with strong Sales & Marketing background and Leadership skills. Certification in RF, HIFU, and cosmetic tattooing (where applicable).
• Health & Safety Training: Including hygiene, sterilization, skin anatomy, and first aid.
• Experience: At least 5 years solid work experience in a well-known, reputable and established spa/wellness/salon industry. All positions are for Senior level.
• Proven experience in waxing, threading, and advanced skincare.
• Knowledge of skin types, conditions, and contraindications.
• Excellent hygiene standards and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain client trust and satisfaction.
• All applicants must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, and a high level of professional practice.
• Applicants that know computers are an added advantage.
