Regional SALES Manager (Permanent) East Rand

Our client is looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales and marketing team in Gauteng East Rand. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of sales operations, and a proven track record of growing business and managing people.

Responsibilities

•

Lead and support a team of sales representatives to achieve regional sales targets.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

•

Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies.

•

Monitor performance, guide the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

•

Manage budgets, costs, and compliance within company guidelines.

Requirements

•

Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

•

7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

•

Regional management experience

•

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•

Proficient in MS Office, SAP/ERP systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
