Sales Representative
Job description
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join their team! If you are passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoy working in a fast-paced showroom environment, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and identify their needs or purpose of visit.
- Demonstrate excellent listening skills, responsiveness, and proactivity to ensure top-quality customer service.
- Guide or accompany customers to desired areas in the showroom or provide clear directions.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide accurate, relevant information on features and benefits.

Process customer payments efficiently (cash or internet banking).
•
Verify products before delivery to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the showroom in collaboration with custodial staff. •
Liaise with the Showroom Manager to report training or operational needs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure complete satisfaction.
•
Answer incoming calls and provide assistance as required.
•
Support visual merchandising and showroom display arrangements.
•
Check and respond to emails promptly throughout the day.
•
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
•
Perform administrative tasks, such as updating stock lists.
•
Ensure the store is always neat, tidy, and welcoming.
Candidate Profile
•
Minimum Qualification : SC holder
•
Experience : Minimum 1 year in a similar position.
•
Driving Licence : Mandatory. Owning a car will be an advantage.
•
Languages : Fluent in both English and French
- Location Advantage : Candidates living in the North or within 45 minutes from Pamplemousses are preferred.
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday- Shift-based
- 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 11:00 AM 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
