Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between the sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Provide comprehensive support for project coordination, including managing project timelines, documentation, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand mechanical and electrical components, ensuring projects meet quality and safety standards.
• Oversee project documentation, including reports, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure project requirements are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents such as engineering drawings, project management plans, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget by managing resources and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a project management role within a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
• Experience in managing technical documentation and familiarity with project management tools.
