Role Overview
Seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to generate new business, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships within the restaurant, hospitality, construction, and commercial services sectors. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional skilled in prospecting, networking, and closing opportunities independently.
Core Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Develop strategies to generate new business and increase revenue
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, site visits, and referrals
• Maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding key accounts
• Identify market opportunities through competitor and industry analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and client onboarding
• Track prospects, maintain follow-up schedules, and manage client communications consistently
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in a high-performance role
• Background in construction, plumbing, electrical sales, restaurant supply, commercial services, or hospitality preferred
• Proven ability to independently source, develop, and close new business
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
• Spanish fluency preferred

• Able to understand technical plans/drawings; construction experience is a major plus
