- Certified education in Bartending/Mixology
- 2-3 years of experience in high-end bars or luxury environments
- Excellent handling of bar tools with style and safety
- Deep knowledge of spirits, wines, and pairing rules
- High self-confidence, communication skills, speed under pressure, and professional appearance
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Ability to create classic and signature cocktails with precision
- Ability to perform Working Flair and Exhibition Flair
- Knowledge of premium materials, homemade syrups, and bitters
- Ability to design and update cocktail menus based on season and market trends
