Job Description
As a Telemarketing and Sales Operator , you will be a key part of our Outbound Customer Contact Department , responsible for engaging with existing customers to collect feedback and promote additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities
•
Make outbound calls to existing customers to gather feedback and offer relevant products & services.
•
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
•
Utilize basic computer skills to log customer interactions.
•
Communicate professionally and effectively in both written and spoken English.
Requirements
•
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory .
•
Basic computer and typing skills .
•
Sales experience is not required , but good communication skills are essential.
•
A friendly personality with the ability to hold engaging conversations.
•
A positive, determined attitude with a willingness to succeed.
•
Prior sales experience abroad is a plus.
