Job description

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships over the phone? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our company is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telemarketer to join our team.

  • LOCATION : BANDAR SRI DAMANSARA (Ativo Plaza)
  • WORKING HOURS : Mon-Fri - 9am-6pm

SCOPE OF WORK

Making outbound phone calls to potential clients with the aim of promoting our properties. The primary goal is to assist in generating interest and potential sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate calls from a list provided by the Company to prospect clients to purchase our properties
  • Provide brief information about the properties, highlighting the key selling points to encourage potential clients to take a desired action to purchase
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the clients requirements and preferences
  • Fan their interest, persuade the clients to agree to an appointment to meet our Agents, and schedule the appointments accordingly
  • Follow up with clients who were initially not reachable or not responsive
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of calls made, responses, leads generated, and results

CANDIDATE CRITERIA

  • Prior experience in telemarketing and/or telesales preferred
  • MUST be fluent in speaking English AND Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to accept constructive criticism and continually work to improve call techniques
  • Be disciplined in setting and meeting appointment goals as an indication of performance

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good verbal communication skills - knowing how to hold the clients attention and convey accurate information to them over the phone
  • Good listening skills to be able to understand and respond to the clients questions
  • Good product knowledge
  • High level of persuasiveness
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software (ie Google Sheet, Excel)
