Position: Baker

Salary: $2200 per month

Work Schedule: 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm (with possibility of overtime)

Seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods and managing the inventory of bakery kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods with precision and creativity
• Ensure that all bakery kitchen stock is properly managed and maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and products
• Willingness to work overtime when needed to meet production demands

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
• Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and tools
• Ability to follow recipes and measure ingredients accurately
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and creative flair for cake decoration
• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed
