Legal Counsel EMEA
We are recruiting a Legal Counsel EMEA to join a leading multinational company operating in the industrial and equipment sector, with a strong international presence.
In this role, you will play a strategic part in supporting EMEA operations, working closely with commercial teams and multiple business functions to ensure legal guidance is aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on supply and distribution agreements;
• Support commercial teams throughout contract negotiation processes;
• Propose improvements to contract templates and internal contracting procedures;
• Assist the business in contract enforcement matters, including warranty claims, compensation requests, and penalties enforcement;
• Proactively identify legal risks and provide practical, business-oriented solutions;
• Monitor regulatory developments and support cross-functional compliance initiatives;
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal analysis on commercial and contractual matters;
• Ensure legal advice is aligned with operational and business realities.
Candidate Profile
• Master’s degree in Law;
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of an additional European language is considered a plus;
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Business-oriented approach with the ability to provide pragmatic legal support.
