Settlement Deputy Dept Head (Payment Solutions)
Job description
We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known Fintech Company (for Banking & Payment solutions) and they are currently looking for Transactions Monitoring or Fraud Management Dept Head.
Responsibilities
- Ensure complaints, specifically claims from partners (Mitra), are resolved effectively within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the overall settlement process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Take over customer issues that cannot be resolved by the Section Head.
- Evaluate the outcomes of customer complaint resolutions to provide insights for improving the customer handling system.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Management/Computer Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of banking, business principles, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal techniques.
