Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

• Assist in operating an efficient warehouse system to meet operational needs, customer requirements, and achieve targets
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials according to the production plan
• Train new warehouse operators within the scope of duties
• Ensure inventory data in the assigned area is accurate
• Regularly assist in organizing and participating in stocktaking activities

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of warehouse management or similar roles with proven leadership skills
• Degree in logistics, supply chain or business-related field preferred, high school diploma required
• Proficient in WMS, Ms office and inventory management tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong project management capabilities, including outstanding decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage
