Job Title: Passenger Service Agent

Job Summary

Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Check-in and Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding passes.
  • Flight Information and Scheduling: Provide passengers with flight information , schedules, and travel documentation.
  • Customer Support: Resolve passenger complaints and concerns, offering solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Airport Navigation: Assist passengers with navigating the airport, including directions to gates, baggage claims, and other facilities.
  • Special Assistance: Provide support for passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or escort services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma: Required
  • Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and think critically
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages may be required)
