Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal/Bid Coordinator to play a vital role in securing high-profile projects across the region. As a Proposal/Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of high-quality proposals, EOIs, and bids, and ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals, EOIs, and bids
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and management to gather and develop content
• Track tenders and manage submission timelines
• Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are delivered on time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong communication and writing skills
• 4-6 years of experience in proposal or bid coordination, preferably in Architecture, Engineering Consultancy, or Construction
• Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tendering web portals, and UAE government tender processes
• Organized, proactive, and deadline-driven
