German Support Specialist - Hybrid PORTO

What Youll Do
- Inbound customer service position
- Support customers with their questions and being the first line contact around the entire service retail
- Questions are frequently related with phone banking ID, T-PIN & Postbank app setup.
- Presentation of the product range & support of central marketing campaigns.
What Were Looking For
- Fluency in German (C1 level or above) and advance in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
