Job Overview

We are seeking confident, charismatic, and energetic Turkish Speaking Game Presenters to join a premier live gaming entertainment studio in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this on-camera role, you will be the face of the brand, hosting live online casino and gaming sessions for an international audience. Operating within a high-tech broadcasting studio, you will manage game procedures, explain rules, and interact dynamically with players in real-time. No prior broadcasting experience is required, as a fully paid Academy training program is provided.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Host and present live online gaming sessions in an engaging, professional, and highly entertaining manner.
• Interact confidently with online players on camera, fostering a fun, energetic, and immersive studio atmosphere.
• Execute game rules flawlessly while tracking transactions and rounds according to established operational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with behind-the-scenes technical crews, chat moderators, and studio floor managers.
• Maintain an immaculate personal appearance and high professional standards during all live broadcasts.

Your Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Turkish paired with intermediate operational English (B2 level) .
• Education: Minimum of a completed High School Diploma.
• Presentation Skills: Exceptional comfort performing on camera, an outgoing personality, and strong verbal communication traits.
• Studio Standards: Good physical appearance with no visible facial piercings and limited/concealable tattoos.
• Resilience: Ability to remain calm, focused, and precise under live broadcasting conditions.
• Experience (Plus): Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, acting, stage performance, or modeling is an asset but not required.

Shifts & Working Hours

• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Working Hours: 24/7 rotation mapping operating on a 3-shift system (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts).

• Base Salary: €1,250 Net (Take-home) per month.
