Head Chef Wellness Food
Salary: £45,000 £47,000 DOE + bonuses

About the Role
As Head Chef, youll take the lead in designing and developing a vibrant, health-focused menu that excites customers and keeps them coming back for more. Youll be given the freedom to express your creativity, introduce new ideas, and champion wellness-focused cooking. From fresh seasonal produce to plant-forward dishes, this is a role where youll have the space to innovate while working with a supportive team and top-quality kitchen equipment provided for you.

Working Hours

6:30am 4:00pm
•
5 days on, 2 days off

28 days holiday

Key Duties
•
Lead the kitchen team and manage daily operations
•
Create, test, and introduce new wellness-inspired dishes
•
Ensure consistent high standards of food quality and presentation
•
Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
•
Maintain food safety and hygiene compliance
•
Inspire, mentor, and support the kitchen team
Key Requirements
•
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, ideally within a health, wellness, or café environment
•
A genuine passion for healthy eating and innovative menu development
•
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
•
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
•
Creativity and flair for developing fresh, seasonal dishes
