Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Fire Protection Industry

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the fire protection industry and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and target potential clients in the fire protection industry through market research and networking
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals
• Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance and sales techniques
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire protection industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth knowledge of the fire protection industry, its products, and services
