We are seeking an experienced Media Planner with 10-12 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Google and Meta ads, as well as a deep understanding of customer acquisition cost.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital advertising strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness
• Manage and optimize Google and Meta ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
• Conduct thorough analysis of customer acquisition cost and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital advertising efforts with overall marketing goals
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the effectiveness of digital advertising efforts
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Manage a team of digital advertising specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to drive their professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 10-12 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong understanding of Google and Meta ads platforms and their respective best practices
• Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns with a focus on customer acquisition
• Experience with customer acquisition cost analysis and optimization
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
