Product Manager: Manager Level
Job description
Responsibilities
•
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations, finance, and sales to scope and implement new product features.
•
Define product strategy and roadmap; prioritize initiatives that deliver the highest value.
•
Translate strategy into clear product requirements and prototypes.
•
Lead research on users, competitors, and product metrics to identify gaps and opportunities.
•
Drive execution of features that enhance customer experience and improve conversion rates.
•
Write clear product specs, and conduct trade-off and what-if scenario analyses.
•
Use data, user research, and feedback to guide product decisions.
•
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
•
Advocate for the product vision internally and externally to build alignment and excitement.
Qualifications
•
3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project manager in a fast-paced or startup environment.
•
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Java.
•
Strong sense of UI/UX and ability to work closely with designers.
•
Experience with app development and deployment on Android, iOS, and Google Play Console.
•
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•
Ability to drive initiatives independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
•
Fluent in English.
