Job description
Duties and responsibilities
- Capturing of charges in CW1
- Tracking of shipments
- Following up and retrieving shipping documents after sailing from origin offices
- Engage origin offices and carriers regarding forwarding of shipments
- Registration and invoicing of shipments on CW1
- Following up on carrier invoices and ANFs
- Checking vendor invoices and raising queries as required.
- Opening shipment files and documents assembly
- Completing key updates and milestones in CW1
- Update and maintenance of lane specific rates monthly
Qualifications and experience
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in CW1 (CargoWise1)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Ocean Import Freight forwarding
- Must be available Immediately to start
